Every hour has its own flavour. Morning coffee, an afternoon treat with fresh pastries and local juices, an evening aperitivo with wines from Lazio and cocktails in pure Italian style — Negroni, Spritz, Americano — accompanied by small tastes of Roman cuisine.
The honesty bar is always open — guests help themselves and leave a note. A simple, ancient gesture. The staff are always present, with the discretion of those who know when to be there.
